Lisa_Harding_5-15-12.jpgLisa is a seasoned learning and development professional, known for designing and delivering interactive, engaging, impactful training programs. As a facilitator, she is able to assess a group, determine their needs, manage their dynamics, and modify her delivery, on the spot, to make learning accessible to everyone. She provides specific, targeted and constructive feedback to all participants from new hires to executives.

Lisa began her career as a Training Specialist at The Bank of New York. She customized and delivered management development workshops to all levels of leaders, in a wide range of topics including: Sexual Harassment, Diversity and Presentation Skills. She also coached Senior Managers to improve their presentation skills.

At Prudential Securities, Lisa managed Financial Advisor Team Development and Advanced Financial Advisor Training. She developed and executed programs that helped Financial Advisors achieve significant growth in their businesses. She also trained top-producing Financial Advisors and Branch Management Leadership candidates to coach Financial Advisors. Both participants and coaches appreciated Lisa’s contributions to their personal and business development, making her programs widely sought-after and often wait-listed for attendance.

At Talent Pathways, Lisa has supported the development and delivery of programs on team building, sales and leadership, as well as Train-the-Trainer and Train-the-Coach programs. In addition to her work at Talent Pathways, Lisa manages Client Relations for a local children’s publication and volunteers as President of the PTO at her children’s school. Clients recognize Lisa's ability to multi-task and maintain high standards of quality and organization.

Lisa holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and in Instructional Design through Practical Management, Inc.
